WHCL All-Star Game

Last night marked the first ever WHCL Molson Coors All-Star game.  The first sponsored event for the WHCL, had team Blue take a 10 – 7 victory.  With 28 of the top players in the league playing a fast paced, clean hockey game, everyone came away a winner last night. 

 

In last night’s game the WHCL also named their first ever Molson Coors Player of the season.  Craig Coughlan of the Division 7 Screaming Beavers, was named the top player this summer with the top points from the 3 stars voting this past season.  Voted as a first star in 4 games, and a second and third star in 1 game each Craig accumulated 75 All-Star points to lead the league.  Craig will not only have his name on the “Player of the Season” trophy, but also walked away with a brand new beer fridge for his commitment to the league this season.
