COVID-19 Update - April 13, 2020

April 13th update
Hello WHCL Team Representatives, Players and Officials,
As of April 13th, 2020, we can provide our participants the following updates:
Resumption of Winter ‘19/20 Games: In the event we are unable to resume the Winter ‘19/20 season by June 15th, we will be cancelling the remainder of the season. We are currently exploring different scenarios, and carefully examining ways to either provide credits, rescheduling for missed games, or some combination of both, if that were to happen.
Summer 2020 Season: If the Winter '19/20 season can be completed; the Summer 2020 season will commence directly following the completion of the Winter ‘19/20 season. Should we not be able to schedule all 14 summer regular season games, final fees will be prorated based on the number of games scheduled. Final fees will be due two weeks after a resumption date has been announced. Should the Summer 2020 season not start by July 15th, all team deposits will be handled as a credit or refund.
WHCL Spring Cup: As there is much uncertainty surrounding resumption dates for the WHCL, we have decided to cancel the WHCL Spring Cup, and refunds will be issued for all registered teams.
We would like to thank all our WHCL players and officials for their continued patience during this challenging time, and we will continue to update everyone as matters evolve.
