Summer 2016 Player Registration

Before the season starts we need to make sure all players in the league get registered.  To do this you will need a couple pieces of information. 
 
Team Rep  – Your team code. The team code would have been emailed when you registered your team, and will look like this 16T-00XXXXXX.  The team code must be sent to all players that are going to register for the season.  It’s best to keep this number handy as you will need it throughout the summer if you are adding any spares to your roster. 
 
If you did not receive your team code, email shane.meahan@winsport.ca to receive this information.  Team Codes could take up to 48 hours so please reach out ASAP to ensure your players have time to register.

Here is the link players will need to fill out the online registration and waiver.  There is no paper waiver option.  You must fill this out before coming to the rink to play.  Once it is filled out you will automatically be added to your roster. 
 
** If you played in the WHCL over the past 12 months you will already be in the system and will need to retrieve your access code.  There is a link for that, where you will receive your access code via e-mail. **
 
If you are unable to receive your access code, email ksjarvis76@hotmail.com to receive this code.  Codes could take up to 48 hours to be retrieved so please make sure you are not leaving this to the last minute.
