Hockey House big spenders

Adult Rec Hockey, or as it is also know Beer League Hockey exists for a couple of different reasons. Many players want to take time to get out and have a skate once a week, other show up for the comradery that comes with being part of a team. A lot of that comradery comes from teams taking the time to get together for a beer or two after the game.
As part of the WHCL deal with Molson Coors we have set up a program with the Molson Canadian Hockey House located on the second floor of the Markin McPhail Centre. Throughout the season teams that got together in the Hockey house for the post game libations received a 15% discount on their bill. All teams were also able to track their team spending to enter to win a party hosted in the Hockey House at the completion of the season.
March 1st was the final date for team tallies. I am happy to announce the top 3 teams from the season.
3rd place was the Jokers from the Coors Banquet division.
2nd place was the Fighter Pilots from the Granville Island division.
The first place team from the Miller Genuine Draft division was the GARRISON PUB 9’s. The 9’s will be receiving a party hosted in the Hockey House. Congratulations guys.
